Originally born in Ukraine, Yuliya immigrated to the United States in 1991, settling in the Pacific Northwest, which she has proudly called home ever since. Yuliya has been deeply immersed in the practice of yoga since 2016, driven by a passion to share its transformative benefits with her community. She completed her 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training through The Yoga Home in Costa Rica, and has since been dedicated to guiding students in both group classes and personalized one-on-one sessions.
Her profound yoga journey has led her to open her own studio in downtown Washougal in April 2025, bringing her passion and expertise to the heart of the community.
Yuliya's teaching philosophy centers on cultivating body awareness, gratitude, and positivity. She is committed to creating a safe and nurturing space where yogis can deepen their connection to themselves, harmonizing mind, body, and spirit.
Residing in Washougal, WA, Yuliya lives with her 15-year-old daughter and their three beloved cats. Beyond the yoga mat, she nurtures a deep connection to the natural world, finding joy in gardening with native PNW plants, transforming her home into an indoor jungle, and observing the diverse birdlife of the region.

Faye's yoga journey began in her teenage years, where she casually explored the practice, but it wasn't until 2015 that she truly immersed herself in the transformative power of yoga. Originally enrolling in a 200-hour teacher training program with the intent to deepen her personal practice, Faye had no plans to teach. However, as life often unfolds in unexpected ways, she completed her training and was soon asked to sub at a local studio. What started as an opportunity to fill in quickly became a deep passion, and she found herself drawn to the joy and fulfillment of guiding others on their own paths.
Faye’s teaching style is rooted in compassion, presence, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey. Her classes encourage students to connect with their breath, listen to their bodies, and approach each practice with mindfulness and curiosity. She believes that yoga is not just about the physical postures but also about cultivating mental clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of inner peace.
Her approach to teaching is influenced by her own experiences as a student, and she understands the importance of creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, Faye offers a supportive and nurturing environment where students can grow, explore, and discover the many layers of yoga.
