Class Policy & Updates

Welcome to Washougal Yoga & Wellness

To ensure the best experience for our community, we require a minimum of two students to be registered for a session to proceed. If only one student is signed up 60 minutes prior to the start time, the class will be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, the registered student will be notified via email/text and their class credit will be fully refunded to their account. 

Our Yoga Classes

Rise & Shine

Mon/Wed 9am

Greet the day with a revitalizing Morning Yoga flow! This all-levels class is designed to gently wake up your body and mind, shaking off the remnants of sleep and infusing you with energy for the day ahead. We'll move through a flowing sequence of poses, incorporating gentle stretches to release any stiffness and invigorating movements to boost alertness. Expect a blend of breathwork, gentle movement, and mindful stretching, suitable for all shapes, sizes, and ages.

Stretch Only

Tue 9am, Sat & Sun 10am

We all carry tension in our necks, shoulders, and hips. This Essential stretch class is designed to release that tightness and bring ease to your body. No lunges, no standing yoga poses – just deep, targeted stretching for everyone. Whether you're a seasoned athlete, a busy professional, or simply looking to improve your flexibility, this class is for you. We'll focus on gentle, effective stretches that address common areas of tension, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. 

Stretch & Stability

Sat 11:30am

Enhance your mobility and range of motion in this active recovery session. While we focus primarily on deep, expansive stretching, we’ll incorporate lunges and functional movement to warm the body and improve joint health. This class is designed to help you move more freely and feel more elongated, leaving you refreshed and ready for your next challenge. 

Gentle Flow

Tue 6pm

Unwind and rejuvenate in this gentle flow class designed for all bodies and experience levels. If you’ve never stepped foot in a yoga studio before, this is the perfect place to start; our flow is crafted specifically with beginners in mind. Using slow, mindful movements, this class emphasizes accessibility and personal success. Expect a nurturing environment where you can connect breath with movement, release tension, and cultivate inner peace. 

Vinyasa Flow

Thur 9am, Mon/Thur 6pm

Reconnect with your strength in this fast-paced, revitalizing vinyasa flow. Designed to shake off stagnation, we’ll move through dynamic sequences and deep stretches to boost your energy and mental clarity. This class offers advanced variations and is perfect for those with a solid foundation in vinyasa. Leave the mat feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for anything. This class is intermediate level.

Yin Yoga

Wed 6pm

Find profound stillness and release deep tension in our Yin Yoga class. This practice involves long-held, passive poses that target the deeper connective tissues of the body – the fascia, ligaments, and joints. Yin Yoga encourages a deep sense of surrender and allows you to access a profound level of relaxation. This practice is suitable for all levels, offering a meditative and restorative experience that will leave you feeling calm, centered, and deeply nourished.

Yin & Nidra Fusion

Last Wed of the month 6pm

Experience a profound journey into stillness with Yin & Nidra Fusion. We begin with Yin Yoga, using long-held passive poses to target deep connective tissues and release tension. The practice transitions into Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), guiding you into a state of conscious relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. Suitable for all levels, this meditative fusion leaves you feeling calm, centered, and completely reset.
